What data we process and why

The data you send us through the forms (name, email, phone, dates and message) to answer your enquiry, handle your booking or rental request and, if you are interested in Unikko Fund, tell you about our projects. The legal basis is your consent and taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Recipients

We use providers that process data on our behalf: HubSpot (contact management), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting) and, for bookings, Nobeds or El Toril’s own system. Some may be outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

Retention

For as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data by writing to info@unikko.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
